Lee Roy Selmon's

I don't usually do reviews on chain restaurants but Lee Roy Selmon's is worth writing about.  I went recently for my first time.  Lee Roy Selmon's is owned by Lee Roy Selmon himself, the first Tampa Bay Buccaneer to be in the NFL Hall of Fame.
The reason I am making an exception to my rule is because the Pulled Pork Sandwich Carolina Style (served with coleslaw) is out of this world.  The shredded pork is succulent, with just the right amount of barbecue sauce and the coleslaw is a perfect addition, as well as pickles all on top a soft kaiser bun.  I couldn't believe that what I was eating was from a chain restaurant since this tasted like something you would get a Texas BBQ.  The Peach Cobbler as well as the Bread Pudding all taste like your grandma is cooking them in the back.
Lee Roy Selmon's is also a great place to check out sport games as they usually have every game playing on their multiple TVs.  They also offer great game day drink specials and food platters.
This is a chain restaurant that is worth checking out.
