I recently went to The Rack in Hyde Park when I was in Tampa visiting some of my friends. I had to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first. Sushi Bar and Billiards Lounge? Much to my surprise my I was gladly proved wrong. The Rack is super casual, and laid back. They have a large bar area with more tv's then you could possibly imagine, a nice seating area with big booths as well as outdoor seating. Oh an let's not forget the pool tables. The bartender made an excellent dirty vodka martini and the sushi was delicious.
The Grouper Volcano Roll was one of my favorites (Baked Grouper on top of a California Roll) YUM!!!
The Rack is a great place to go with your friends, or to watch sports or even for a date. So rack them up and have a sushi roll too!
